Currently I am operating a condo association of 12 units, completely overwhelmed, and I just don't know what to do. I am operating by myself. No one will offer any help at all. I don't want this anymore and no one will take it. A management company would cost everyone a fortune. Things are going undone because I can't keep up with it. My REAL job comes first! We also have no association lawyer and cannot afford one because the reserve was exhausted years ago. Can a personal resident sue me because things are not in order? If that happens what do I do? Again I have been left solely to run it and we are to have 3 people.

Write all members that if you don't get help you will quit immediately.
You don't HAVE to agree to run that. |
