Condo Board Election
Our condo docs state that only owners can be on the Board. If my husband is on the deed and I am not, can I hold a board position?

Can a member of a Condo Association solicit proxies frpm fellow members who will not be present at the annual meeting?

Your rules normally address that issue and determine if that is allowed. If there is nothing said you could check state or city law as well but otherwise it may not be allowed.
Or see if they ever permitted it before... |
