Default Condo association leader trying to kick us out...

Ok, last October I moved in with my mom and sister at a condo. We are renting this from my aunt. Now before we moved in we spoke with the leader of the condo association and she was aware that three of us were going to move into what they refer to as "A single family unit", she was also made aware that my sister was pregnate and was going to have a baby. In the contract they define single family unit at 2 adults and 2 children.

Well after we moved in she started harassing us. We would park our cars somewhere she said was ok, then when someone would complain she would turn around and complain to my aunt. We would then park somewhere else she said was ok, then another person would complain and she would complain to my aunt saying that she is sick of dealing with all the complaits, even though she told us it was ok to park where we did.

Well then during all of this we had stopped parking in this spot for about 2 weeks, then there is some damage on the curb next to it and guess who she sent the bill to, us, even though we had not been parking there for sometime.

Since that incident I have documented several cars along with photos parked there...Why isnt she telling them not too?

Well after moving where we were parking 3 times at the end of the 4th time she decides she wants to get us kick out because we are 3 adults and 1 child, thus not a "single family". The kicker, there are about 3 guys living across the street in one of the so called "single family" unit. And down the street there is a lady who had 4 kids living with her.

So, there are two examples of people that do not fit this "single family" discription. Yet she is letting them live there, and is comming after us because she cannot make up her mind where we can park.

She is bringing this up for vote at the next association meeting.

So I am wondering is there anything I can do to fight this? Is it legal? Do I have enough to make a case againt harassment?
