Exclamation Mislead and misused

My friend is having a huge problem. I need answers to direct her asap. What rights does a person have when having somebody close to have used their personal info to get a house? I know scketchy so here it goes....she was planning in buying a house with her boyfriend in Las Vegas to make some profit of it but the paperwork never went through and the whole thing was closed of. Of course trusting him she thought it was ok that she had given him all the info to file the paperwork at first. Now he took it upon himself to use her info to get another home in Las Vegas. She didn't come to know of this until after the process had gone through and she believed he was going to continue paying the mortgage. Now again he took it upon himself to buy another home now in San Bernardino under her name without her authorization or signature may i remind that she never signed the first house either. She came to find out about this other house only because he stopped making the payments and so of course they came after her to get the payments. What should she do? Now she is stuck with two homes without any of her signature on them. What are her choices? The guy says he is going to take care of it but whenever she tries to get in contact with him he's gone for periods of time. Please this is a close friend and i don't want her to get screwed on a situation like this.

Default Re: Mislead and misused

That is pure fraud, forgery, etc., and she may file a police report if need be, and she should inform all banks and others involved after she files the police report.
