Confused Are building managers in Condo buildings supposed to have keys to everyone's condo?

Hi. I just bought a condo unit. Our condo Act says your unit can be entered by the building managers for various reasons. This is okay with me with 24 hours notice and my letting them in, my question is regarding keys to your home. In our condo building, the bldg managers have keys to everyone's condo. Is the usual for them to have a key to your condo?
I live in Saskatchewan Canada and we are under Condomnium Act 1993.
Thanks!

That is the case in many buildings yes--in case of for example water or other emergencies...but you normally don't have to agree to it.

You can also put a chain etc. on to protect against accidental entry while you are there.
