eBay bid errors

others face this problem i have here?

...They said it was due to
a "system error". They apparently didn't mean to do it. I talked to them
last night demanding to know the same information. I asked why they sent
E-mails to the bidders and why the bids were cancelled. They told me the
above and I said, "So a 'bot' sent out Emails and cancelled bids, right",
they said "no", so I said "well if a 'bot' didn't do it then it had to be a
person". They agreed but they still claim it was a system error. She
couldn't give me any more information. This isn't the only person this is
happening to. I've seen a few other auction were all the bids were cancelled
within 1 minute of each other an hour or two before the auction ended. It
could think of 3 things: 1. Ebay has been hacked and they don't want to
admit it. 2. Ebay has the worst customer service ever for hack prevention.
3. They don't charge for the 1st relisting but they will for the second. A
certain percentage of people won't ***** about it and they get more money
the third time the thing goes on. I have to read my contract carefully to see what the fine print says.

I had a similar issue but ebay ran it again without charging me.
