I was wondering about couple of letters I received
form my bank regarding dispute. I filed a dispute with the credit card regarding a tow dolly I paid for in June 2007 and within 2 000 miles/one week both bearings and tires had to be replaced and after tires were replaced fender bolt came loose and cause right tire to blow up, I contacted seller about it he said to contact manufacturer, I called manufacturer and nothing has been done at all so I filed dispute with credit card and got 2 different explanations why they will not recover the money. I was wondering if they are right or just trying blow me off. |
