Default FedEx claim for an item I had up for auction

Need help i.filed. a claim with fedex for an item i had up for auction. on ebay i also had the item insured. with fedex.the item was very expensive. and after i ship.the item. 2 days after i was told that the item had been damage badly now understand before id ship the items i contacted fedex i said here are my dimension of my package i need to know how to ship this item they said ok ma'am ground or express can go either way but fright isn't an opinion cause the item wasn't over a 150pounds but was right at they said ok pack your paackage well which i said what is well bubble wrap alot of and alot of peanuts and send it on i said ok but u do understand its a colossus lava lamp with liquid i mark all over the box to handle with care fragile item this side up just trying to secure it as much as i can so i called fedex each day to try and get them to tell me something because they hold your calm up for 7 days well they said o the inspectors have to fly in and inspect the package on the 5th day i said ok and someone will call they said yes i didn't receive a call yet for them so i called today and spoke with the claim specialist which i last spoke to and felt like she was being a bit rude the last time i spoke with her she said im going to call the receiver and she pls because its cause emotional distress cause he wants his item or his money and he is talking about calling the cops and a lawyer due to the fact he thinks i took his money and i said u said they u were going to call the receiver but while speak

Edit of my post another rep said ma'am i don't understand why she would tell u that because we can't contact anyone on your behalf i said wow thats not what the previous rep said to me i said also i thought she was a lil rude because she came out and said well i don't think.your going to get anything due to the.fact this package don't have declared vaul i said who ma'am im not being dis respectful but i don't wanna.speak to u cause u are not helping the situation everytime when i call i have different story about i didn't file a.claim u didn't have declared vaul which o know I've done theses things I've also have copys from when i fax so now they are trying to say that my package wasn't wrap well which i already knew they were going to say that if u don't wanna.pay money so i need to know what i need to do someone help me or is this something that's going to cause for an attorney

I wish to inform you that you may give a notice to fedex mentioning cicumstances of the case and their breach of duty and their liability. If fedex does not settle the issue then you may file a lawsuit. If the receiver intends to take any action against you then you may inform receiver that you have taken up the issue with fedex and may also show copy of receipt.

I think when it comes to the ebay receiver you just need to give the money back. He can call the cops but they won't care, his proper procedure is to go through ebay and ebay will ask you to refund the money.
