Default Breach of Contract -- I am a counter-part to class action law suit

If I am a counter-part, to an inactive, class action law suit,
OR, counter-part, to an active, C.A.L.S (I.E., an E.D.P., Emotionally Disturbed Person)

What rights do I have, (in address to the above question),
In making, type A tripod (I.E. triplicated) litigation, [or lets just say], voicing personal grievance and receiving rebuttal, as a discreet inlay,
from an authoritative body, whether legislative or executive,
so in other words: If I ask if I have a 'Say' in the active, or inactive, law-suit, to what extent could they "Tell" me, my rights,
in accordance to the suit, at hand.
I realize that dereliction protects the "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" but if I am inadequately informed, why is it so, 'as I probate to you, yea?'

Thank you. I would really love an answer to this question. I have actually NOT committed ANY crime, in actual form.
I would love to know my rights. (The easiest summation of my circumstances, is being inappropriately alined to the accidental, even if I have not done a thing 'Was indicated by CPS', HOWEVER, was not identified to a crime, AT ALL).
I would REALLY love to know what I could know about the circumstance, I described, as of here. Thank you.
There-of.

I wish to inform you that you have a right to due process of law. Thus if you are made a party in any lawsuit then you have a right to present your view point to court. You may mention all the necessary facts in this regard before the judge and he will evaluate all the facts in this regard. You may either represent yourself or may be represented by a lawyer. If you are representing yourself then you will yourself have to argue the stand which you will take in court. You may take assistance from legal aid.
