hello all
i bought a 2007 Seadoo RXP 215 HP on June 20th/2007. I broke-in the ski as per the procedures from the owners manual and i took it to the dealer for the 10 hour service which is also in the manual. On July 15th/2007, the supercharger on the ski failed, more specific the clutch washers failed. This failure caused ceramic material to be distributed through out the engine causing damage. My questions is, can i get a refund on the purchase price of ths ski because this manufacture failure occured within 30 days of purchase. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada if that makes any difference to my case. Any help on this situation would be great. Thanks KD |
