I very recently got food at a McDonalds drive-thru. When I finished my soft drink, I discovered a nozzle from the soft drink machine in the bottom of my cup! I proceeded to vomit for about an hour, then I called the restauraunt in question and asked them if they were missing anything? I told this night manager what I had found and she tells me that they were in fact missing "2" nozzles off of their soft drink machine. What should I do? I still have the peice. Do I have any case?

If you can get a medical report that you were actually injured you may have a claim for some compensation.
