Default Glass found in candy

I purchased some chocolated covered peanuts from a very large outdoor retailer that had their name on the candy. I opened the packaged and put a couple in my mouth and as I bit down I one piece was very hard so I took it out and it was a very large piece of glass that had been covered in chocolate. I ended up chipping my tooth. What should I do?

You can ask them to pay for any damages. You should also file a report with the health dept and the police dept.
