Default I have a question about the depo prova lawsuit

I have a question about the depo prova lawsuit. I was taking the shot for eight years before my doctor informed me about the bone loss risks(from about 1998-2006). At that point I had a bone scan done and had lost about 1.4% of bone mass, I was about 22 years old. I am now 26. Do you think I would qualify to be in this law suit.

I wish to inform you than you can file for depo provera lawsuit because there has been loss of bone mass of 1.4% due to sustained and prolonged use of this injection for 8 years. However, you will have to show to the court that you have actually taken this injection for 8 years and show proof that the side effects of the injection were not informed by the manufacturer. In Toronto, Canada a depo provera class action lawsuit has been filed against the manufacturer and you can study the case details and co-relate to your particular situation. The court after considering all the matters will decide the case.
