Oral B's spinbrushes and one of the pieces of the brush broke off inside of my mouth
I was brshing my teeth this morning with one of Oral B\'s spinbrushes and one of the pieces of the brush broke off inside of my mouth, choking me until I finally swallowed it. I want to know what are the steps I need to take to sue this company? That product is very dangerous and nearly took my life.

You should report it to the company and perhaps your local health dept too--but it is hard to sue unless you were actually injured.
