The website" you talk about, that states their guidelines" has Nothing to do with the independent Online ads containing their credit offers"...not only are the terms out of plain view..but when you finally do get to read them....you've already signed up on a completely different site. 2. These these ads have NO link to their website at all. I've read of Doctors, accountants, even recent some law residents, who have been duped by them....none of which fall under: your opinionitive, arrogant description of a "child". Therefore, if you have nothing "helpful" to say to folks, kindly, keep your trap shut!!! signed sincerely,

Domain is registered anomonously... Not really it does name a technical contact.

Unless this company is hosting this site on their own server, look they're even to cheap to get private reg,the simplest sites I design are even privately registered.

Most nic hosting companies have stringent policies about this type of bait and switch, There website is almost always tied into payday loan search engines which require you to enter route and banking info prior to search. You think your go to something like advance america but end up on their site which is purposely designed to misdirect the user into typeing wrong info, initially the checkbox is checked, you uncheck it along with other adds, but make a simple mistake since yyou had to retype most personal info, you correct the mistake, some checkboxes remain unchecked, guess which one doesn't.

You can definitely get your hosting pulled by reputable hosting companies if you try this kind of pirateing.
These are common godaddy nameservers, NS03.DOMAINCONTROL.COM NS04.DOMAINCONTROL.COM, domains that are simply registered and parked would be something like ns03.ParkedDomain.com, I know I've used goddaddy before.

Goddady has very strict tos agreements.

You want to see them refund money, you hit them were hurts AFTER you block all outgoing ach to them.

Lightbulb Re: BlueStar Direct

FIRST OF ALL THEY ARE UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULANT DEDUCTIONS. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY UNTIL THIS MORNING WHEN I WENT TO MY ONLINE BANKING ONLY TO DISCOVER THIS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT. AFTER DOING A LITTLE RESEARCH I FOUND THE WEBSIT. I CONTACTED THEM BOTH BY EMAIL AND PHONE. I EVEN TRIED "SIGNING" INTO AN ACCOUNT, AND MY E-MAIL DOSEN'T EVEN EXIST WITH THEM. HOW IRONIC. SO BEFORE YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR "OPINION" AGAIN THINK TWICE YOU IDIOT.

The terms of service are spelled out on the website if you take the time to read them, the domain is registered anonymously, and these types of sites, offering lines of "credit" good only at their site are notorious for selling cheap crap which isn't worth the down payment required to purchase it using your "credit line".

Go to Walamrt and buy a $20 drill, sell it to an idiot on credit for a $20 dollar "down payment" and then make him pay $20 a month for a year in payments, on top of the $180 you told him you were going to charge him for belonging to the "club" and then have to suffer his mother whining about how you victimized a child who apparently has no brains.

Ain't America great !!!
