The terms of service are spelled out on the website if you take the time to read them, the domain is registered anonymously, and these types of sites, offering lines of "credit" good only at their site are notorious for selling cheap crap which isn't worth the down payment required to purchase it using your "credit line".

Go to Walamrt and buy a $20 drill, sell it to an idiot on credit for a $20 dollar "down payment" and then make him pay $20 a month for a year in payments, on top of the $180 you told him you were going to charge him for belonging to the "club" and then have to suffer his mother whining about how you victimized a child who apparently has no brains.

Ain't America great !!!
Very interesting comments you post regarding: Bluestar star credit, Unfortunately, its erroneous and does nothing for any of us at all. 1. The website" you talk about, that states their guidelines" has Nothing to do with the independent Online ads containing their credit offers"...not only are the terms out of plain view..but when you finally do get to read them....you've already signed up on a completely different site. 2. These these ads have NO link to their website at all. I've read of Doctors, accountants, even recent some law residents, who have been duped by them....none of which fall under: your opinionitive, arrogant description of a "child". Therefore, if you have nothing "helpful" to say to folks, kindly, keep your trap shut!!! signed sincerely,
Rah'je.....

Well i had got on their site cause it said i could receive $7500.00 and they wanted by bank account information and i gave it to them cause they said it would be deposited in my account and after i was finished they said that i would receive my card within 4-6 weeks and that it was only good over the internet for THIER merchandise. And i went to there site and i cant get onto nothing at all except the home page and that was it and they have already took $20 but we told the bank not to accept any more checks. Can they still get in your bank account or what. And who is this person and how do you get a hold of him to tell him to quit i would like to bash his face in and we all whoever has complaints on this company or this person ought to put a bashing site up of this and maybe that will stop it i don't know but some body else will fall victim to it over and over and they will encourage this maniac to keep doing it cause i did and i usualy ain't that stupid but it sounded good.but i don't know how to post a bash site. Does any of you?

i would love to be part of a class action lawsuit against bluestar direct as they have taken $40 from my checking since feb. 24, 2009. i do not have the slightest idea where they got my name. i have had no contact with any company by that name and would NEVER sign up for any credit card on-line. the only problem is i do not know anything about starting class action lawsuits. i am a 61-year-old woman who is disabled and living alone. i receive $850 a month to live on, so $40 is a lot of money to me.

After having money illegally withdrawed from my account i did some research to see if i could find who was doing this. to my suprise it was a company that sells everything from out doors to tools. doing further digging i was able to get the name and address of the person that had charged my card their information reads as follows: USER NAME..Raymond Elia, E-MAIL..BluestarDirect@Aol.com, NAME..Stolen, SURNAME..Identity, ADDRESS..101 You Are Busted, ZIP CODE..89117, CITY..You Suck, STATE.. Nevada.
With that said, i found all of this pretty unnerving and reported it to, both, the local police and the bank. if anyone else has ran into this same person i hope that you take the same steps to take this free loading ******* off of the streets and into a place that he deserves. So to Raymond Elia from Las Vegas, Nevada i hope that you get what is coming to you. YOU HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG MARINE!

Tell your bank ---and tell the bank to stop any action and all withdrawals involving the company---and to credit you back for any unauthorized withdrawals.
