US Bank class action? Changing agreements on foreclosure and accounts

I have had a long history of difficulty with US Bank. I gave up on my home equity after three failed attempts by US Bank to assure me it would work.

This went back and forth a few times and this past week they apologized profusely (customer service on phone).

This week they tell me they wont erase problems because of recent activity. I asked them if I understood them correctly.....that recorded phone conversations exist whereby they told they had taken care of it, and now a now record was being created that they are telling me no. They said sorry.

How long can they get away with this kind of behavior. There are many reports of this.

If they tell you they will modify a mortgage and then without any reason yank it out from under you the next week, shouldn't that be illegal.

I would not have waited and relied if I knew that was possible. All they did is put me one week back. And with deadlines looming.
