Defective Heat Pump

I am not sure if this is the correct forum or not. But...I have a Trane heat pump that has broken down multiple times in the 2 years since it was installed. I have tried to resolve the issue of replacing what I consider to be a lemon unit directly with Trane. They just ended weeks of back and forth conversation by informing me that they were prepared to do nothing but continue to repair the unit until the warranty expires. I am hoping to determine what type of lawyer, ie what speciality, would be appropriate for me to contact re: this situation. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Haa I have the same problem,,, mt Trane has died at least once a year since it was installed, blown valve, compressor died, fan died, leak in the system resulting in a frozen inner unit and small flood,,, you name it.
