("Daktronics" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DAKT) between November 15, 2006 and April 5, 2007 (the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market, thereby artificially inflating the price of Daktronics.

Frivolous. Get off their back.

Why frivolous? What really happened?

Over inflating the positives and ignoring the negatives has been Daktronics policy since it's conception. The only reason that they are still in business is because their product is built in the U.S.A. When they opened a factory in my city, they really bragged themselves up. They acted as if the city owed them a favor for coming. I recall them talking about how the company was really family oriented and paid competitive wages. When they came to town, stock was worth $32/share. It is now worth $7.80. This is not all due to the economy. It is a direct result of mismanagement of funds. I worked there for over two years. I witnessed first-hand the ridiculous spending practices. Common sense is "thrown into the wind" when decisions are being made.
