I have an Internet Store that sell small tools like milling machines and saws, I'm trying to get a CNC machine from a Germany vendor but I'm confuse because he use the machine that I sell and add to it a CNC mechanism. My question is if I sold the machine and somebody get injure, Do I have any liability?

You could try to have appropriate disclaimers that release you but there would be some chance that you could be named in a suit...
