Northern Leasing Systems fraud case

I am horrified at the fact that the banks will allow Northern Leasing to fraudulently take money with out some notice. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again!

I am not sure if my message posted so here it goes. Same thing restaurant belly up took care of all creditors taxes etc. Northern leasing Systems did not and were not willing to negotiate. Sent their machine back to them and they sent it back... offered to pay for it. Calls were not returned and now Wells Fart-go allowed these unscrupulous snakes take 5K from my account.... no notice, nothing.....

You should contact NY Attorney General Office in NYC. Laura Levine is one of the lead Attorneys in the AG office who is handling the the investigation and recent law suit against NLS.

I too have been scammed by these *******s. But it gets even worse. I moved locations and put the new business in my brother in laws name "for other reasons". This was before I realized how these people operated. I asked to have my contract transferred to my brothers name
And they got him to sign the new lease. But instead they just signed him up for a totally new lease. Now we have TWO ****ing contracts with them. They call my phone 15 times a day. I am located in Canada and not allowed across the boarder otherwise I would be going to see them in person to jam the interact machine down the president of NLS's throat personally.

Anyone else have a lease with Stacie Christakos at Decortive Detail in NY as the CEO? The scum sucker Joseph Wilk hasn't taken a call since 2010 and Northern is double dipping on our taxes.

I am an attorney in New York. I have quite a few cases for lessee-defendants where the "vendors" were Stacie and Wilk. Would love to hear from you. Please call (212) 369-6911 and leave a message, if necessary. (I need this info to defend my clients by showing that Northern Leasing had to be aware of Stacie and Wilk's fraudulent misrepresentations because so many lessees had complained previously.) By the way, they seem to practice their scam moving up and down the East coast - not just New York.
