"info@worldlawdirect.com" is a clearing house, they don't represent you themselves but refer you to other attorneys. None has had any success against Northern Leasing thus far except the guys in the Pludeman case.

Try to send some messages regarding this northern leasing problems to the president directly.
It seems that is very hard to be solved by each small business.
Try the white house website and send them your message.
Northern leasing killing small businesses everyday and it's definetely against the government policy under this hard economic sircumstances.

The there was a recent judgment regarding the Northern Leasing class action lawsuit. The attorney that represented them is Krishnan Chittur from New York. I read in an article that he is also planning to file a class action lawsuit against MBF which is also the same company as Lease Source, Inc. LLC and Northern Leasing. Even after Northern Leasing was found guilty of fraud, they continue to scam people by using different business names. I am in the same situation too! I urge you all to email this attorney or contact him so we can convince him to file this class action lawsuit against them as soon as possible. I am sure that the more overwhelming response and complaints he gets, the sooner we can find a solution for this. I can't believe that the attorney general has not looked this case over. I would think the contract is void because it is a forged signature. However, the court/state may force you to press charges against your wife too since she is the one that forged it. Her medicated state may or may not be a defense.

After using their credit card machine for over three years, I got a phone call from them. They told me that they wanted to send me a new machine for free,because the one I had needed to be changed.All I had to do was sign a agreement. I started checking to see what I was paying to lease their machine. I had paid over $1500 in the four years I had it. So I started checking around and realized that I could buy a new credit card machine for only $250. So I started the process of closing my account with them. It took me over 45 minutes to talk to someone on the phone. The person told me where to send the machine, and to write a letter telling them to stop deducting the monthly lease fee out of my checking account. I sent the machine to them, and checked the next month, and those bastards still hit my checking account for another payment. The Bank got my money ($25.00) back , and stop them from deducting money from my account. I'm getting bills from them in the mail and now they say I owe them $75, even though they got their machine back. They keep on calling from time to time demanding their money
