This is a general civil litigation question: My ex-partner & I purchased real estate. I filed a complaint breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment are just a few allegation . After 2 attorneys & quit a bit of attorney fees I am currently pro se. The Defendant and his attorney has not responded to a court order to compel disclosure. I recently filed rendering of default judgment and I am waiting on the judges decision.
This is my question, the judges profile shows many years as an criminal judge up until 6 months prior to filing my case in 2006 he was assigned to civil cases. My case is fairly complicated, should I be concerned the judge assigned to my case has not received enough experience in deciding on civil cases?

well that is not ideal but it happens...he should be okay basically--he is trained as a lawyer broadly.

what if you have a neighber whom you have to constantly call 311 on be cause they consider it a non emergency i am harrassed every day they play loud music and kick yhe wall or stand nbext to the wall and stomp ,if i go to use my sink or my bath room the kick the wall i have complained to the land lord and hre tells me he has had his lawer send them letter to move the thing is i am afro american and this a hispanic neighborhood and thy are very racist toward black they live in a small apartment and it is surely over crowded im here alone and im am desperate i dont know where to turn to please do you have any real advice thank you
