Lightbulb statute of limitations (looking to file atort in the state of indiana)

Im looking to file atort in the state of indiana,but don't know when the stautute of limitations runs out. The incident occured in Feb 3,06. Its against an apartment complex.

There are a number of possible causes of action but you can still file on most of them--but you need to move asap.

Don't let time keep going by if you know you want to act.
