Default plaintiff loses to defendant-does he pay the def. legal fees?

If I am brought to court and win, is the plaintiff required to pay my legal fees? Do I have to take him back to court to get it? What if he doesnt pay?

No--very often each side pays his own fees.

but you can ask for fees, especially if the case was frivolous, baseless etc
