i have a nutty neighbour. he has called my work to place complaints to get me in trouble. the trouble is he lied. in order to protect myself i have to get a copy of his phone records to prove it was him. he denied it but even the police say they know it is him. they can't get them for me because it isn't classed as harrassment - yet. Any ideas on how to get these records to protect myself. I have been issued a harrassement notice on calling the police on this claim. help!!

The phone company normally will help if you file a formal complaint. And the police can always file charges and obtain the records if they really do think he was involved.
