Courtesy Imports in las vegas tried to us the spot delivery scam. they wanted me to take the car home before financing was apporved and then sign a paper stating that if i took the car i would have to pay $50 day and .20 cents a mile. The Dmv Compliance Enforcement said this was a deceptive trade (illegal) can i sue? or somehow make them pay, i wouldnt want this to happen to other consumers.

you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; you may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
