range limitation

Default range limitation

I have been served with a notice to take oral deposition. I live in the state of Texas and more than 150 miles from the county line of the county the divorce case was filed in. Am I required to appear, can I request they take the deposition in my county of residence, or can I request they do it by phone?

If you are not a party they normally have to come to you then. Over 150.
