EEK! ACCIDENTAL FIRE CAUSED BY JUVENILE

WE RECENTLY HAD A HOUSE FIRE AND THE FIRE INVESTIGATOR SIAD IT WAS CAUSED BY ACCIDENTAL FIRE CAUSED BY MY SON WHO IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD. WE ARE CURRENTLY GETTING SUED BY THE LANDLORD FOR $10,000.00. WE DO NOT HAVE MONEY FOR AN ATTORNEY. THE SMOKE DETECTORS DID NOT WORK. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
