Background:
1 1/2 days before my wedding, the salon that I had an appointment with to do all my girls hair and makeup called to cancel. When I returned from my honeymoon, I went to the salon to get my money back from a gift certificate that I had to get my hair done since I would no longer be going there. The owner told me that to shut me up she'd give me the $50. I sent an email to all my friends on how I was treated by the salon and how I'd never go back and it was forwarded to a bunch of people. Now: The Owners husband is saying they are going to sue me and get a restraining owner and that I have to retract the email. Do I need to get a lawyer involved or do I just ignore it and wait to see what he does? |

he will not win any such suit--and probably will not even file. you are free to give your opinion--or even post it, just do not say anything factually untrue...
