State is Kentucky
Can a Power of Attorney for someone appear in court as Pro Se for a person? I have a civil suit going on and am trying to represent myself. I travel a lot in my job and want to know if there is a hearing can my Power of Attorney go for me? My Power of Attorney has full access to handle anything for me, including bringing Law Suits... When I asked the Judge he wasn't sure if I could do that... does anyone know or have any case law on this subject..? Thanks so much! |

Some smaller courts will let you do it, but many will not.
