I am named in a case for replin. My fiance who is deployed in Iraq is one of the owners of 3 vehicles named in this suit. His grandparents are going after me to get the vehicles from his property . He is on the lease not me and I do not have his permission to give the vehicles over. Only one of the vehicles in the suit is on the property at all times. The other is stored in an unknown location from me and the third is driven only when needed. I need to know what action I need to take ? this is not a matter between the granparents and myself. It is a matter between the granparents and my fiance. I only live at his residence he pays all the bills? Can anyone advise me on what course of action I need to take?

tell the judge exactly that and since your fiance is abroad that may stay the entire matter, or at least get you out of it...
