it was an accident that burned my 4 month old daughter I took her to the hospital and wrote down 1. burn on skin 2. bad cough then they called dcf and the police and told them I came to the hospital for a cold and they found a burn to make the situation worst for me so to see if I was telling the truth that she got burnt by an accident the police enter my condo before I ever signed the permission form so they took me to the station and asked me why I didnt bring her for the burn but I did and I have proof is thats why i brought her there anyways I wanna know is there anyway I could sue the doctor or nurse for lying or sue the police for entering my home

If they have obtained a warrant, they are coming whether you want them to or not. I do not know what you expect to gain by suing for both the doctor and the police were just doing their job. Imagine a third party was taking care of your child and she showed up at a hospital or doctor's office with burns and sick. I am sure you would want a VERY good explanation of how your baby got burned -- that it was not intentional -- and the person was not negligent to let it happen. It sounds like you took your child in for a cold and reported that she had a burn, not that you took her in when she got her burn. That makes a big difference. Was the child taken in as soon as the burn occurred?
