if someone is charged with arson of a vehicle, what sort of evidence is necessary to convict? there are no witnesses to the crime. thank you.

I wish to inform you that evidence required is that the accused had committed crime beyond reasonable doubt. At present evidence may include finger prints from the damaged vehicles and other circumstantial evidence. Even if no person had seen physically then also certain evidence may be collected to prove the guilt of the person.

To prove an arson without witness forensic evidence is reliable, but difficult to prove.
