Non harassment or protective order

I'm having a lot of problems with the new people who have moved in, in front of me. They have called Family and children services on me. Of cours the claim was unfounded and family and children services closed the file. Now they blare there music at all hours. Smash on there walls and celing(my floor) and are waking my son up at all hours. Yesterday the police attended for a noise complaint. After the police left the lady proceeds to her window facing my back yard swearing and yelling at me saying I'm going to get mine she's calling family and children services and they won't be the only ones who show up.
At this point I do fear for my safety and the safety of my son. My friend mentioned maybe I could get a non harassment order. Can anyone explain that to me so I can see if we would qualify for that. Any other ideas for what we can do would be great thank u!

I wish to inform you that you may obtain orders from court. In this regard, you may first give notice to your neighbors that they are interfering with your rights. You may also inform law enforcement agencies about possible violation of law which may occur. If other party does not stop its activities then you may file a lawsuit in court seeking an injunction that you must not be disturbed.
