Defamation?
My husband has a drinking problem that caused us to have a little marital problem,he just left and went back to his country he left everything abandon.I want my husaband to return since it is18 years we are together. His brother does not want him to return to the U.S. and started to tell everyone that i was having an affair with my husbands uncle which everyone knows this is not true. I want to solve everything with my husband in the U.S. and without any family member interfering. What advise do you have.
