I am the Plaintiff, Pro Per, in a civil action.
The matter has been assigned to non-binding arbitration. The selected arbiter graduated law school locally, two years after the defense attorney graduated from the same local law school. I don\'t want to delay the case, but I do want to protect myself from a partisan decision for the defense, even though it is non binding. Is there a procedure I can use to protect my interests?? |

That should normally not be a problem. They are licensed and under oath.
But you could ask for another. |

No--but you can ask them beforehand and if you are not comfortable seek another.
