Disqualified from the jury selection process

If a juror is disqualified from the jury selection process, can he say something to the defendant on his way out the door? If not, what would be the consequences if he did?

This is Raz by the way who posted the above question. Was also wondering if vocal communications aren't allowed, what about just giving the guy some sort of non-verbal communication like the "thumbs up" sign with your hand?
