loan back out by dealer ship plz read

I am 19 yr old collage student working 30 hrs a week my girl friend( student and works 30 hrs) and I went to toyota( local) traded in my car bought a scion , 14000 aprroved for a loan with 6.7 financing received paper work ipayment amt and the bank imformation , took the scion home , one week later dealer ship calls says ahh about the loan we thought we could get it approved at 6.7 % but the bank says 12 % , we were told that dealership (time of purchase) we got you approved for 6.7 now its 12 paper work doesnt say anything about not being approved now they want to use a different bank that will only lend 12000 and I cant get 2000 more i traded my car for down payment I have a signed contract stating payments etc is this a binding contract ? doesnt say any where upon approvel period as we were told heres what we got approved for 14.000 @ 6.7 and its signed by loan officer someone help I am StReSsEd OuT !

They have to return you the car and your money or adhere to the original contract. Report them to your state attorney general and sue in small claims if need be.
