Default I would like to know if I can sue an online university.

I would like to know if I can sue an online university. I have attended this online university and they are not accredited. They do not check to see if the student have finished high school or any transcripts. They do not know who is typing or submitting work to the teachers. I used work from the internet and was not citied for it except for one time. How can this be accredited ? I want to know if I have a case.

Probably not. You see, if you plan to attend an online university and expect to get credit for the classes that you can use to apply towards a degree, it would also be YOUR responsibility to make sure that the online university is accredited and can actually provide you with a valid degree. You would only have a case against them if they claimed they were accredited and were able to provide you with a valid degree, and you could prove that they misled you.

Sounds to me like you expected them to be accredited, but never checked out their credentials and are now crying foul. You may be out of luck.
