Do Dutch Lawyers, courts, etc have access to information of amounts of funds in my USA Mutual Funds, Stocks if I am involoved in a lawsuit?

I live in Europe but am a USA citizen.

I can't say for certain, but if the information is available to the public, the Dutch courts/lawyers can certainly access that information which can be viewed by the public. If it is considered protected information, they could probably access it by issuing a subpoena through the appropriate channels given the proper legal requirement for the information.
