What Do you think will happen in court?
I got served today. I used to work for a commercial and residential window tinting company in San Antonio, TX. They fired me because the owners wife did not get along with me, instead of focusing on business, they gave me crap all the time. well i signed a non-compete agreement. After I was fired I went to a competitor and they hired me. They found out and Now they are suing me......I think it ridiculous!!!! San Antonio is Huge and besides I feel the reason they fired me for (a bipolar wife) is very unfair. Should I counter sue. Im lost. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. |

Yes you can counter-sue and charge them for unfair business practices, fraud, and retaliation, among other things.
That non-compete can very well be voided and turned against them! |
