Do the documents submitted to the Court prior to the hearing need to be discused during the hearing to be considered as evidence? |

I agree with the above...the court and the other side will want to see and thoroughly review , and could object arguing e.g. that the docs are hearsay etc.
Not sure what context you are referring to however...do you mean the trail or some motion hearing or what? |
