does not seem like a person who did no wrong would give up a notary license so easily. what does SDT stand for?

I believe there is yes. Any info that helps bring truth to the case is what I was told.

I know Kim and she is a nice, trustworhty person. She is a great mother to a child with a disability. I truly beleive she did anything wrong. Look like this is an attempt to get something for nothing by this Deborah woman.

Believe Kim did nothing wrong, Agree that it sounds like a TV show.

Why did she forfeit her license and why did she refuse to speak with the Secretary of State?

i think she forged those docs based on what I see here, but in any case the lawsuit is interesting, makes good reading! It's obvious some documents were illegally notarized--even the dates don't match,

The "Deborah woman" trying to get something for nothing... humm, now that makes a lot of sense doesn't it? Indeed, if she is money grabbing, all the accused would have to do is tell the truth and this would all go away. Moreover, I would think the defendants are having to expend resources for their defense, and would want to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

What if Deborah's claim is true? What if SHE is telling the truth? It seems very likely that there were dishonest activities, or at the very least gross incompetence on multiple occasions, by Kim and Nikki. It also seems clear that they are avoiding questions that could clear their names. Why would they do this if they are being honest? Even if they use a public defender, I can’t imagine anyone doing anything to prolong the process.

If someone forged my name, and effectively stole what could be millions of dollars, I'd want to get what was legally and rightfully mine.

I agree with the comment about good reading… 
