Default Collecting on Judgment

I was awarded a judgment from a former tenant close to three years ago. What is the easiest way to collect on this judgment in the amount of $7,300.00?
Here are a few facts,
I know he has the money. He has his own business.
Please advise how to proceed.
Thank you,

Unhappy
