Purchased car with severe damage

I purchased a used car from a dealer at a very high interest rate because my credit was bad. They told me and gave me papers showing the car had a rebuilt flood title. They told me that the car had not been damaged and they bought it an auction because after the hurricanes in FL, people wanted to get rid of their cars and used the hurricanes as excuses to claim flood damage. Last year I had to claim a personal bankruptcy and needed to get my car appraised for the court. I took it to get appraised, and found out the the car had no flood damage at all, but actually had severe structual damage due to an accident. Could you plz tell me if I have any legal recourse?
