WE OWN A BAIL BONDS CO.
WE OWN A BAIL BONDS CO. AND WE JUST PAID A SUMMARY JUDGEMENT ON OUR DEFENDANT WHO FORFEITED OUR BOND. HOW DO WE PURSUE TO TAKE OUR INDEMNITOR TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GARNISH HER WAGES. THE BAIL WAS $28,000.00.

You may have to use regular court if you cant break down the debt into parts. 28k is above Small Claims.
