FAULTY SEPTIC TANK
WE HAD A SPECIAL SPTIC PUT IN 21/2-3 YEARS AGO
FOR 13,000. WE JUST HAD IT INSPECTED TODAY SO WE CAN SELL OUR HOME. WE WHERE INFORMED THAT IT WAS NOT INSTALED PROPERLY. DE WE HAVE A CASE AGAINST THE PERSON WHO INSTALLED IT. |

You very well may have a valid case, but without knowing your jurisdiction and all the particulars it is not possible to comment further. Here is how you can find out for sure. If you can show it is absolutely installed incorrectly you may very well have a case even if it past any supposed warranty.
And they may have violated city codes as well so check that. That may be another way to get the repair paid for. |
