Default POA denial in California

I have power of attorney .

When can government officials /bank dismiss/ deny or simply tear it up?

We were told it has a (california) provision for refusal/damages (exactly for this reason)...

Default re: POA denial in California

"(Not really to clear what you are asking...what is actually happening?

The POA is normally good till revoked or often it will have a date and term.)"

  • it is fully loaded with no expiration date
  • locals are denying for personal agenda
  • bank refuses property sale or foreclosure or ANY disclosure/cooperation
  • police have aided in removal of for sale signs and continue extorsion to hinder me in securing/liquidating property and contents to pay the daily mounting bills
