How serious is creating and disclosing FALSE documents?

How serious is creating and disclosing FALSE documents?
The claimant has just disclosed and submitted to me their set of documents and two of the documents are false as they use future dates, instead of backdated dates. There are another dozen errors in the letter to prove its false.
They will be using this letter against me, but as its false now, will the case end when the court finds out? Or is the letter insignificant? |
